Click the Insert tab, select the Illustration button, then select Picture. Click any of the options below This Device, Stock Images, or Online Images. We choose the Online Images option. An Online Pictures dialog box will open. Enter what you want in the search box. Select the image you want, then click Insert. An image will appear in the spreadsheet.
Drag the points of the image down until it is small. Then input the picture into the cell.
If you have multiple pictures in more than one cell and you want to hide a row that contains one picture. The image will still stay visible, which will make your table disorganized; to fix this issue, right-click the picture and select Format Picture from the context menu. A Format Picture Pane will open.
Click the Size and Properties tab. Click the Properties section and check the option Move and size with cells. Then close the Pane. Try to delete or hide the row with the image. You will notice that the image will disappear along with the row.
