RealWorld Paint is a free animated PNG editor software for Windows 10. It is primarily a painting and image editing software that allows you to create or edit animations like GIF and APNG. It comes in both portable and installer packages, so you can download whichever version you prefer. It lets you manage separate frames of an APNG file using options like delete, add, copy animation frames, rearrange frame order, change frame duration, and more. All these options are accessible from the top of the frames panel present below. You can also draw over APNG frames using its painting tools like text arts, brush, line, shapes, polygon, flood fill, etc. It provides options to control the size, shape, color, and other parameters of a drawing tool. Furthermore, standard editing features including resize, rotate, crop, flip, mirror, and more are available in it. Some of its filters include rotate, resize, blur, motion blur, brightness/ contrast, chroma smoother, emboss, flip, grayscale, invert, logo image, HSV adjust, etc. You can also adjust the frame rate and color depth of the APNG file. You can open an APNG file using its File > Open video file option. After that, apply filters and other customization that you want from its Video menu. You can preview the animation from its main interface using the play button. To save edited APNG, go to the File menu and click on the Export > Animated PNG option.
