Accept a previously declined meeting invitation in Outlook

When you refuse to attend a meeting, the original meeting request is sent to the Deleted Items folder. It’s not saved to your calendar. So, if you wish to Accept a previously declined meeting, you’ll have to go to the Deleted Items folder first. It is important to note here that if the Deleted Items folder has been emptied, the Accept and Tentative options will not be visible to you and you’ll not be able to accept the meeting invitation, previously declined. You’lll need to Ask the meeting organizer to forward you the original meeting request.
